Notivisa Regional 10PM brings the days events all together and is simulcast on three stations throughout the region, XEWT 12 San Diego/Tijuana, XHBC 3 El Centro/Yuma/ Mexicali and XHS 23 Ensenada. This news show wraps up the day’s latest local, regional and international news.
